Recipe for Prawn Cocktail with Avocado Salad
for 4 persons
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Avocados
400g Prawns
1 Lemon
50g Mayonnaise
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Boil the prawns for 4 minutes in salt water, then
peel and clean them thoroughly. Peel the avocados
and slice into cubes; add some lemon juice and the
mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to your own taste.
Place the avocado salad into the fridge for a half an
hour, then arrange into 4 Martini Glasses and serve
the cocktail with a glass of chilled White Wine
