Festive fireworks over Mitskevich Square topped off a fun night of celebration which left Split owner Mr. Andrian Mostoviy a proud man.

On August 15 the exciting new Lviv Centre for East European Urban History went public with the results of its “My Lviv” artistic competition. Fifty talented artists ventured to take up the challenge to create something new and fresh that reflected the essence of Lviv.

Celebrating Seventeen Years of Independence

Lviv marked the annual Ukrainian Independence Day holiday this August with a series of colourful events that began well before the August 24 holiday and ran on for days! The highlight of the festivities was Oleh Skrypka’s ethno festival, which delighted Lviv’s growing legions of devotees to this hip folk style.

EBA Members Meet Mayor
