Representatives of the international tourism business gathered in Lviv's   National Museum of  Andrey Sheptytsky for a four-day  "Forum of  Travel Agencies" starting 19 March to look at ways to improve the city’s growing tourist appeal.   Participants from Germany, Austria, Denmark, Belarus and Poland joined their Ukrainian colleagues and  Forum organizers - Travel Agency  "Lemberg-Tour"   in  a frank exchange of views about the future of the capital of West Ukraine as a regional holiday hotspot. In recent years Lviv’s authorities have introduced a number of public holidays and tourism-friendly services to help boost the city’s appeal, with numbers of tourists topping one million in 2009 despite the challenging regional economic climate.
