On April 25 the city’s recently opened Left Bank festival-restaurant (located inside the Lviv Opera Theatre building) hosted a multi-media concert from popular Lviv artist and former Okean Elzy band member Pavlo Gudimov. The eternally youthful Gudimov has long been a well-loved figure in Lviv and in recent years he has added art and design to his musical experimentations, with all aspects of his creative genius on show at this performance event. As well as songs from his eponymous Gudimov Group, the singer also displayed artworks and design masterpieces produced by his GudimovArtProject, while as a tribute to local lore they also performed a series of songs by legendary composer Volodymyr Ivasuk to mark the sixtieth anniversary of his birth.
