Ingredients for 10 persons :

1.5kg Veal ( round of veal or sirloin )
Some oil
Salt, pepper
For Sauce:
150g Mayonnaise
20g Parmesan cheese
5g Anchovies
30g Tuna chunks
8g Capers
15g Olive oil


Preparation:
Clean the meat of all fat, season the meat with salt and pepper, roast it in a hot pan with some oil on all sides until it reaches a good colour. Then put it into a 100 grad Celsius oven for 50 min. Let the meat cool down and slice it into thin slices.
For  the sauce: mix all  ingredients  thoroughly  in a blender. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Drape the thin slices of meat nicely on a plate and apply the sauce on top of meat. Decorate the dish with parsley and lemon.
This dish  is a very good appetizer  for  the summer season and you can serve it with some white bread and a glass of cold white wine.
